3 PHASE PLANNING PROGRAM

Changes in color, display and approach are a constant consideration for retailers trying to appeal to today's `visual' shopper. Statistics prove that your sales will be higher if your store possesses a stimulating but comfortable ambience. Our program for helping our clients meet their sales goal has a 3-phase base as outlined below.

[PHASE 1] Initial On-Site Consultation:
  • A preliminary visit and discussion at your store to evaluate your needs and offer our specific recommendations, pricing approaches, etc. You are under no obligation to go beyond this phase.
[PHASE 2] Basic Design Contract

We provide a design that includes:

  1. Floor plan and layout (revisions included)
  2. Elevations (wall plans)
  3. Preliminary lighting and reflected ceiling plan
  4. Preliminary construction plan
  5. Color selection and coordination
[PHASE 3] Fixture and Furnishing Contract

We provide and deliver items such as:

  1. Final drawings for construction and manufacturing
  2. Display fixtures
  3. Seating (chairs, benches and custom seating units)
  4. Coordinated or "fringe" items (fitting stools, signage, etc.)
  5. Cashier counters and display cases
  6. Floor and wall coverings (except paint)
  7. Valances (to hold perimeter lighting)
  8. On-site installation supervision
